  • Drink plenty of water daily. Healthy skin starts from within.
  • Exfoliate in the shower to remove dead skin.
  • Apply a body oil after exfoliation for extra moisture. There are a variety of dry oils available if regular body oil is too oily for you.
  • Use a body butter or cream to lock in moisture.
  • Don’t smoke! Smoking will cause wrinkles!
  • Don’t forget the sunscreen! SPF 30 should be worn daily even if your skin is naturally darker.
  • Don’t shower in water that is too hot.
  • If your home has hard water, consider investing in a water softener. Not only will it do wonders on your skin but your hair as well.
